Countdown to Railtex 2013

The UK’s definitive rail event returns to Earls Court, London for its 11th year from 30 April to 2 May 2013. Railtex showcases technological innovation from across the industry, and allows professionals the chance to network and build business.

The April/May 2013 edition of Rail Technology Magazine contains a 74-page special supplement and show guide to the rail industry’s biggest event of the year. Subscribe at www.railtechnologymagazine.com/subscribe

Railtex provides a range of exhibitions, speeches and updates on major projects, as well as a space for operators, regulators and the supply chain can come together to indentify the latest challenges and solutions. The event covers railway equipment, systems and services through exhibitor stands, discussion forum The Platform and the opportunity to see large-scale technology at The Yard.

This year will see the first ever Railtex awards dinner, to recognise excellence in the industry. Awards span best newcomer through station facilities, track & infrastructure maintenance and health and safety.

Careers event The Next Generation will also be held this year, offering participants a tour of the exhibition, meetings, demonstrations and seminars. The programme is sponsored by NSARE and Young Railway Professionals (YRP).

Come see the RTM team on stand B41.

The details for Infrarail 2014 have also now been announced. The event is returning to Earl’s Court, from May 20-22 2014, after being held at Birmingham’s NEC last year.
