With the RTM Events app, networking is seamless. Only users attending the event are able to access the app, maintaining the exclusivity of attending the event whilst keeping your experience fresh and engaging.

Once signed up, you will have access to the entire delegate list and be able to instantly message any delegate that you wish to speak with. This allows you to arrange meetings during the event and stay connected even after the event has concluded.

Find up-to-date information at the tap of a finger, including the agenda which will update live should any times be altered - even on the day!

Other features include the ability to view the events speakers, giving you an overview of who they are, what they do as well as their personal profiles. Every delegate is able to leave feedback on all aspects of the event in the moment, giving you a real live-action forum to share your experiences.

If you missed a particular speaker or you want to take home the slides that were presented, you can tap on the speaker and download their content directly to your device ready for you to review at your leisure.

FAQ's

Why can’t I access a particular event?

In order to access an event, you must enter the email address you submitted on your joining instructions. If you think you made an error when submitting your email address contact [email protected].

If I am not attending the event can I access the app?

No, to attend the event contact the team on 0161 833 6320 or tap here to send an email.

I am not attending the event but my colleague/boss is, can I access the app?

No.

How can I direct message other delegates within each event via the app?

Navigate to the 'People' section of the app, here you will find every delegate registered to the app. Tap on the person you want to contact and then tap 'Private Message'.

The Twitter section asks me to login, why?

iOS users will find that they must be logged into a twitter account to view the content in the twitter feed. This is specific to iOS and not something we have any control over. By logging in, you will not share any information with us, you will simply be able to view the feeds.

Can I download the slides each speaker used?

Yes, after the event has concluded you can navigate to the Speakers section, select the speaker whose slides you want access to and click download. You can then email the files to yourself or save them to your cloud storage for non-mobile access.

Do I have to sign up?

Yes, in order to join an event, view the delegate list and access all the benefits of the app you must sign up. You only have to do this once, even for future events.

Can I link my profile to my LinkedIn account?

Yes, after signing up, tap your picture icon in the navigation menu, tap Edit Profile and then scroll down. Tap on LinkedIn and connect your account. You will be prompted to allow certain permissions, please be aware that by allowing these permissions you will NOT be sharing any information directly with RTM Events and only information to fill in your profile details will be collected and displayed to all users. You can edit, change and remove any of this information at any time.
