Volunteers are an essential part of the UK Rail Industry Training Trust and the delivery of the national ‘Gen Y Rail’ competition.
Industry volunteers help mentor the teams of students participating in the educational, engagement and STEM events delivered by UKRITT. Industry volunteers are also required to give lively and inspiring presentations on their own careers to help promote the exciting range of career opportunities on offer in the UK rail industry.
