#UKRIA2018 update: Packages going fast for the industry’s biggest rail awards show

Packages for this year’s UKRIA are selling out quick, and those hoping to attend are advised to act fast to avoid disapointment at the rail industry’s biggest opportunity to network.

Excitement was cranked up after the announcement of comedian and actor Rufus Hound as this year’s presenter, well known for appearing on shows like 8 Out of 10 Cats and Celebrity Juice.

Sponsorship packages for the event have also been selling fast, with a limited number of opportunities now remaining - so any organisation that wants to benefit from the unrivalled popularity of the biggest rail industry awards and networking dinner in the UK should do so now.

Hound will present the awards show, while Mark Thurston chief executive of HS2 Ltd will give a keynote address, and last year’s keynote speaker Sir Peter Hendy, chairman of Network Rail, will join a star-studded judging panel.

More than 1,400 rail industry decision-makers have alread confirmed their attendance at this year’s awards, which is the leading awards ceremony and networking dinner in the country.

The shortlist for the awards is now available and can be viewed here.
