IET calls for young ambassadors

The Institution of Engineering Technology (IET) London Young Professionals is hosting an interactive workshop where the role and benefits of becoming an ambassador at either a business or university will be discussed.

Nigel Charig, publicity officer for the London area, said: “For existing ambassadors, this evening will present a great chance to discuss the role and feed information back to the new ambassadors.

“By becoming an ambassador, not only will you benefit from personal development and the enhancement of your professional profile, but you will also be helping to make a difference in the engineering world by helping the IET reach out with targeted engineering events.”

The free event is runs from 6-8.30pm on April 24 at IET London, 2 Savoy Place, London WC2R 0BL.
