Consultants invited to tender for public services on HS2

HS2 Ltd has announced a shortlist for consultants to a new Professional Services Framework (PSF) for the second phase of the planned high speed rail network.

Engineering and environmental consultants will help develop the work for the link from Birmingham to Manchester and to Leeds through the East Midlands and South Yorkshire, as well as a spur connection to Heathrow from Phase 1.

HS2 Ltd will enter into the second phase of PSF when transport secretary Justine Greening publishes her preferred route options, expected this autumn.
