Amulet wins PFM award for work with C2C

Amulet, the specialist security business of the Churchill group has won the Partners in Expert Services – Public Sector for its partnership with train operator, Trenitalia Limited (trading as C2C).

The category highlights partnerships between pubic sector organisers and service providers with specific skillsets, technical expertise and experience.

Darren Read, managing director at Amulet, said: “This win is a fantastic reward for the outstanding partnership between c2c and Amulet. A partnership whose success is the result of both parties working to understand and appreciate each other’s values. To be recognised in this way is a major endorsement of Amulet’s unique approach to delivering security solutions and a true reflection of how we are transforming the industry.”

C2C, who manage 26 stations between East London and South Essex, have been in partnership with Amulet since 2011 to manage C2C’s passenger safety and experience.

In 2016, the partnership expanded when Amulet were awarded the contract for all security related services for C2C.

Lizzie Neave, group marketing and communications director at Churchill said: “We are delighted to see this win for Amulet. We encourage all of our different service offerings to thrive for their own goals, alongside those of the wider group, so it is fantastic to see Amulet achieving this recognition.”

The PFM Awards are a key event within the facilities management industry, recognising the greatest talent and achievements in the sector.
