Mobile access for Stagecoach website
Stagecoach Group has launched a new mobile website letting users access information on the move in a clear and appropriate format.
Smartphone users will be automatically redirected to the website, offering quick access to press releases, regulatory news, share prices, financial calendar and key contacts. Event reminders will also be available.
The website, available at www.m.stagecoach.com, is delivered by Investis.
Steven Stewart, Stagecoach Group director of communications, said: “Smartphones are growing in popularity and research by Ofcom last year found more than a quarter of adults in the UKhave iPhones, Blackberrys or Android devices. The figures for younger age groups are even higher.
“The new mobile website and the recent addition of our corporate Twitter feed mean we will be able to engage more effectively with investors, customers, media and other key stakeholders and give them quick and easy access to information.”
