What about extra evening services to be used on London Overground Liverpool St-Cheshunt, Enfield Town and Chingford lines and the Romford-Upminster line and also for Stratford-Richmond, Stratford-Clapham Junction and Euston-Watford services plus Gospel Oak-Barking service to also have extra evening service once the electrification is completed and extended to Barking Riverside. And also extra evening service on future London Overground routes such as West Ealing-Greenford line and between Highbury & Islington/Dalston Junction-Battersea Park.

On the Enfield Town and Cheshunt lines, trains should run 1 hour later, as do trains to Chingford, to avoid the last 15 Victoria Line trains not being met by the Overground. This would involve the last Cheshunt train leaving Liverpool Street at 00:45 and the last Enfield Town service leaving at 01:00. Liverpool Street already stays open until 01:03 for the last Chingford service. This suggestion is based upon the London Mayor's Transport Strategy which defines the minimum turn up and go service as four trains per hour until at least 23:00, which these new changes achieve on the East London Line, but it also requires that first and last trains broadly align with first and last tubes. This has not been achieved on any London Overground line except the West Anglia route to Chingford. Simply put, if you take a tube to a London Overground station, there should be a train waiting for you, even if it is the last tube service of the evening.

Ever since London Overground has been operating the Euston to Watford service, there hasn't been an increase in the three trains an hour frequency. It's a disgrace, unfortunately folk on that route don't seem to complain as much, and thus are ignored.

Colin, you have to remember that the Bakerloo provides a supplementary service between Queens Parks and Harrow and Wealdstone, and from 2020, the Metropolitan Croxley Link will connect to the mainline at Watford.
