Trenitalia c2c has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Stephanie Michael as its first Chief of Staff. This strategic role will play a pivotal part in driving the company's transformation and sustainability initiatives.
Reporting directly to Managing Director Rob Mullen, Stephanie will work closely with the Executive Team to develop and implement c2c's long-term Net Zero Strategy. Additionally, she will be responsible for embedding the company's new transformation programme into its daily operations and culture.
Stephanie joins c2c from FS Group and Trenitalia UK, where she most recently served as Operational Risk & Governance and Company Secretary. With over eight years of experience within the organisations, she has held various roles across Greece, Italy, and the UK. Her background in banking and finance, coupled with her expertise in internal audit, process management, and risk management, will be invaluable to c2c as it navigates its strategic goals.
