“Safety as standard service” – Reflex Vehicle Hire

TransCityRail Midlands is taking place this July, prior to the event we asked one of our exhibitors, Reflex Vehicle Hire, what their conversations will entail at the conference.

Firstly, we asked Reflex to tell us more about the work they do in the rail industry.

“As a vehicle hire company who put safety and duty of care at the forefront of our core business, we work closely with many organisations in the rail industry to ensure the safety of their employees who drive a Reflex vehicle.

“Carefully considering our clients requirements and the issues that fleet managers in certain sectors are facing can help us to provide real solutions to businesses.

Their focus for the event will be, “…to educate and inform delegates about the safety of drivers in order to make sure they understand the importance of keeping their staff safe whilst driving for work.

“One unique aspect of Reflex Vehicle Hire is that our business is built around our customers. This message permeates from board level to every role throughout the organisation. We are more than just a supplier; we are a partner that works alongside clients.

“We carefully develop customer relationships to understand their needs and can quickly adapt when needed to. Our services allow us to be completely flexible and transparent with clients focusing on their challenges as a priority.

“We show a duty of care and commitment to our customers by developing a ‘safety as standard’ service.”

The company will be discussing their, “…wide range of safety-related products and services in our duty of care package, Reflex Vehicle Hire has completely overhauled its safety-focused risk management services under the Driive with Reflex umbrella to provide enhanced levels of service to our customers.”

Reflex also told us that the HS2 project excited them the most with regards to rail projects in the midlands, “...we are finding an increase in existing and new rail clients requiring our services more and more. We work closely with all our clients in order to understand their business needs, so at a time when many contracts are being won and taking place, we are carefully analysing and listening to client requirements.”
