QTS Group Strengthens Leadership Team With Three Senior Board Appointments

QTS Group, has expanded its board with three major leadership appointments as the business continues a strong period of national growth. The company now employs more than 750 people across 14 offices, underscoring its position as a major force in rail engineering, safety and infrastructure delivery.

Adam Jordan Appointed Director of Engineering

Adam Jordan has been promoted to Director of Engineering, operating from the company’s Rench Farm HQ. Jordan joined QTS Group in 2022 after a decade at Network Rail and has since made a significant impact on complex engineering projects across the UK rail network.

In his new role, he will shape engineering strategy and oversee delivery, ensuring QTS continues to offer innovative and technically robust solutions for clients.

Tony Vozniak Joins as HSQE Director

Supporting QTS Group’s expanding operational footprint, Tony Vozniak has joined the business as HSQE Director, based in the company’s newest office in Derby. This new standalone leadership role will elevate the company’s health, safety, quality and environmental performance across all rail operations.

Vozniak will work alongside Compliance Director Iain Kirk, who remains responsible for licensing, accreditations and business management systems.

With 25 years of experience across rail, construction and infrastructure, Vozniak brings a strong track record of delivering safety-focused cultural improvements and strengthening operational standards.

Bruno Martin

Bruno Martin Promoted to Strategy and Technical Director

Long-standing QTS board member Bruno Martin has been promoted to Strategy and Technical Director, based in the Manchester office.

Martin, who joined QTS almost 16 years ago, has played a pivotal role in developing the company’s technical capabilities and supporting its business growth. His new remit includes building strategic industry partnerships and identifying new market opportunities to drive long-term expansion.
