Clean – All aspects of specialist access cleaning carried out by professionally qualified operatives. As part of the asset management process of a structure or even as part of a cyclical cleaning strategy UbiQ offer services such as station canopy cleaning, gutter cleaning, ivy and vegetation removal, graffiti removal.

Inspect – With a team of STE04 specialist access structural examiners, we can inspect and examine all assets on or near the line providing a conditional report tailored to the client’s individual needs.

Maintain – from the recommendations compiled from the inspection process or as part of an individual scheme we can offer masonry & concrete repairs, re-pointing, roof & guttering repairs, bird netting & pest control and painting & coating applications.
