New-look website for London Midland

London Midland has relaunched its website, promising faster access to live travel information and an easier process to buy train tickets.

The website has been optimised for access via PC, tablet or smart phone and includes improved functionality, such as the use of a traffic light system to show disruption.

David Whitley, London Midland’s head of marketing said, “Passenger satisfaction is really important to us. We aim to make a customer’s journey as smooth as possible, from the point at which they begin planning their journey through to arrival at their destination.

“The changes to the website reflect that thinking and we hope our customers will enjoy the website’s new look and find the changes helpful. A brand new London Midland iPhone and Android App will also be launched later this year, making it even easier for passengers to access information on the move.”
