Our workforce is our most valuable asset when it comes to operating, building, and supporting our railway. However, over the years we haven't given the well-being of our workforce the attention it deserves.

Over 12 months, RTM365 has covered some of the most topical issues faced by the rail industry including, Equality and Diversity, Workforce Retention, the Digital Skills Gap, Decarobinsation, Passenger Experience and the upcoming transition to Great British Railways.
