RTM365: The Future of Rail Safety | Workforce Wellbeing

 Our workforce is our most valuable asset when it comes to operating, building, and supporting our railway. However, over the years we haven't given the well-being of our workforce the attention it deserves.

Supporting mental health at work is critical to maintaining a healthy workplace culture and helping our employees to not only do their tasks but also thrive, making the railway a better and safer place to work.

Event host, Helen Fospero hosted an engaging panel discussion with Patience P Chiketero, Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager, Network Rail, Rachel Avenell, Comms & Engagement Specialist, Rail Delivery Group and Jo Llewellyn, HR Wellbeing Specialist, Transport for Greater Manchester to discuss workforce wellbeing via Rail Technolgy Magazines virtual festival of events RTM365.

Over 12 months, RTM365 has covered some of the most topical issues faced by the rail industry including, Equality and Diversity, Workforce Retention, the Digital Skills Gap, Decarobinsation, Passenger Experience and the upcoming transition to Great British Railways.
