Entries open for UK Rail Industry Awards 2018

Entries are now open for the 2018 edition of the UK Rail Industry Awards (UKRIA). The event, hosted by RTM, brings together key decision-makers and leaders from across the industry to meet, network and celebrate the achievements of organisations working in rail

RTM is also pleased to announce that Sir Peter Hendy, chairman of Network Rail, who was the keynote speaker at UKRIA 2017, has joined the judging panel for the 2018 awards.

RTM’s Roy Rowlands, director of UKRIA, said: “Being shortlisted alone, not to mention winning one of the coveted awards, will raise the profile of your organisation in front of an audience of key rail industry decision-makers and professionals responsible for running the UK rail industry.

“If you have a story to tell that’s worthy of the attention of the UKRIA pan-industry panel of judges and would like to win one of these coveted awards, then enter today.”

UKRIA 2018, the fifth instalment of the prestigious awards, will be held on 22 March at Battersea Evolution in London.

Last year’s event saw over 1,100 professionals from the rail industry attend and more than 130 individual organisations submitted entries in the 23 different award categories.

The entry deadline is Monday 25 September and each category is free to enter.
