Natalie Conway Appointed as Director of Business Services at TfL

Natalie Conway has been appointed as Director of Business Services at Transport for London (TfL), following a competitive recruitment process.

Natalie will be responsible for leading the delivery of Business Services across TfL keeping up the development of this vital function, whilst continuing to deliver exceptional services both internally and externally. Natalie will also support the collaboration team responsible for the delivery of the GLA Collaboration Portfolio on behalf of TfL.

Natalie is currently at KPMG and will join TfL on 6 January 2025.

Fiona Brunskill, Chief People Officer at TfL said “Natalie brings over 10 years of transformational leadership experience in managing and implementing large-scale Shared Services teams. Joining us from KPMG, her expertise includes leading strategic HR, Finance and Business Operations, with a focus on driving operational excellence and delivering customer focused services.”
