RTM365: The Future of Rail Safety | Training & Development

Investing in employees is one of the most effective ways to improve rail safety, reliability and efficiency.

The only way that risk can be minimised is to ensure that every corner of the network, from station to track is equipped with the necessary skills they need through continued training and development.

On 24th February 22, RTM365 virtual events united leaders in railway safety to discuss what the future holds and how we ensure that the railways are a safe environment for our workforce and passengers alike.

The final session of the day consisted of a keynote session from Lynn Chamberlain-Clark, Culture Lead for Safety Culture at Network Rail followed by Lynn joining Neil Robertson, Chief Executive, The National Skills Academy for Rail (NSAR) for an engaging panel discussion.

RTM365 is an online festival of events covering all of the biggest topics to the railway industry.
